Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 10-hour shifts or until production and sanitation are completed.

Some Saturdays and Sundays as dictated by the production schedule (rotated among QA technicians).

Languages Required:

English (spoken and written)

Spanish (spoken and written)

We are looking for a motivated QA Technician with experience in food safety and production to join our team and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and verify production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.

Conduct routine quality checks and inspections of products, packaging, and equipment.

Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings.

Assist in addressing quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions.

Support sanitation processes to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Participate in audits and prepare reports as required.

Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to ensure smooth operations.

Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

Prior experience in food safety and food production is required.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
