As a Maintenance Technician at Dart, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and systems within our manufacturing or production facility. This role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment, as well as identifying and addressing any potential issues that could disrupt production. You will play a key role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify issues and implement solutions.

Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, belts, bearings, electrical circuits, and sensors.

Monitor the performance of equipment and make adjustments to improve efficiency.

Assist in equipment installation and setup as needed.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper lockout/tagout procedures.

Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and avoid disruptions to production schedules.

Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests, prioritizing high-impact issues.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance tasks.

Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff as needed.
