The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all cabinetry products produced meet the company’s quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications. This role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products, as well as working closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform in-process inspections of cabinetry components and finished products to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

· Conduct tests on finished products, including measurements, visual inspections, and functional checks.

· Record and maintain accurate inspection data, including measurements, observations, and test results.

· Identify, document, and report non-conformance issues and work with production teams to resolve them promptly.

· Collaborate with production staff to improve processes and implement corrective actions when quality issues arise.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Quality Technician, Quality Control Inspector, or in a similar role within a cabinetry, woodworking, or manufacturing environment (1+ years preferred).

· Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and industry standards.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

· Experience with measurement tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.).

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
