Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery to produce, inspect, and package goods in accordance with production schedules and quality standards. You will ensure the efficient operation of the equipment while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Operate assigned machinery, including but not limited to, presses, CNC machines, molding equipment, or assembly lines.

2. Setup and Calibration: Set up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper functioning. Perform calibrations and alignments as needed throughout the production run.

3. Quality Assurance: Monitor machines during operation to ensure products meet quality standards. Conduct regular checks and inspections according to established protocols.

4. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

5. Production Schedule: Adhere to production schedules and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to achieve production targets.

6. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participate in safety training sessions.

7. Documentation: Maintain production records and logs accurately. Record machine operating data such as downtime, output, and product inspection results.

8. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with coworkers and supervisors to achieve production goals. Communicate effectively regarding machine status, production issues, and process improvements.
