We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join our team. As an Inventory Lead, you will play a critical role in managing our inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position involves tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with other departments to maintain optimal stock levels. Job Title: Inventory Lead
Pay Rate: $19.00
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels.

Prepare and process inventory reports and documentation.

Assist with cycle counting and year-end inventory procedures.

Operate inventory management software and systems.

Follow safety and security procedures for handling inventory.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.

Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
