We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line operations, packaging, and labeling, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. This role requires standing for long hours and performing various physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly line tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Handle packaging and labeling of products.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Rotate within various departments as required.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 6-12 months of production experience, including assembly line and packaging/labeling.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively (bilingual preferred).
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently.
  • Ability to reach overhead and carry items.
• Other Skills:
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
