Job Title: Shipping Coordinator
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping logistics, forklift operation, and proficiency with SAP systems. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities for the company, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload shipments and move products within the warehouse as needed.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including packing slips, shipping labels, and customs documentation (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and shipping schedules in SAP.
• Track and update shipments to ensure timely delivery, communicating with carriers and internal departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to shipping and warehouse operations.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with inventory teams to resolve discrepancies or shortages.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and proper packaging.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience using SAP for inventory and shipping management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
