We are looking for a document quality analyst for a medical device manufacturer in San Jose!

Job Title: Quality Document Control

Pay Rate: $20-24/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri, day shift.

Responsibilities:

- Manage, update, and verify quality plans, production documents, and supplier-related records in the IQMS system to ensure accuracy and traceability.

- Perform document reviews, including batch production records, last-shot paperwork, inspection reports, and Certificates of Conformance (COC), ensuring compliance with company and ISO 13485:2016 standards.

- Oversee the proper storage and traceability of material certificates while maintaining supplier documentation and uploads.

- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in document control and record management systems.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Microsoft Office

- Pass E-Verify and Background Check
