Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Refinisher to restore, refurbish, and enhance furniture pieces. The ideal candidate will have experience in furniture stripping, sanding, cleaning, staining, painting, and varnishing, ensuring each piece is revitalized to its highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Furniture Restoration: Strip old finishes, paints, and stains from furniture surfaces using appropriate tools and chemicals.
• Sanding and Surface Preparation: Sand furniture surfaces to smooth imperfections and prepare them for finishing.
• Cleaning and Detailing: Clean surfaces thoroughly to remove dirt, debris, and residue before applying new finishes.
• Finishing Application: Apply stains, paints, varnishes, or other finishes to achieve the desired appearance and durability.
• Repairs: Perform minor repairs, such as filling cracks, fixing loose joints, and replacing damaged components.
• Tool and Equipment Use: Operate tools and equipment such as sanders, sprayers, brushes, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed pieces to ensure a professional and flawless finish that meets quality standards.
• Material Selection: Select and mix stains, paints, and varnishes to match desired colors and finishes.
