We are seeking a reliable and experienced Sit-Down and Reach Forklift Driver to join our growing team in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, you will operate forklifts to move products and materials within the warehouse, ensuring that goods are transported safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Transport products to designated locations within the warehouse for storage or shipping.
• Ensure the correct placement of products and materials to maximize space and optimize efficiency.
• Perform regular safety checks on forklifts and other warehouse equipment to ensure proper working condition.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations and procedures while operating forklifts and performing warehouse tasks.
• Assist with inventory management by scanning barcodes and conducting cycle counts.
• Stack and organize pallets of goods in a systematic manner.
• Collaborate with other warehouse team members to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification (sit-down and reach truck) required.
• 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in tight spaces and high racks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
