• Job Overview:

  Key Responsibilities:
  Perform receiving, first-piece, and in-process inspections.

  • Verify materials meet blueprint specifications.
  • Maintain and enforce quality standards throughout production.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other tools to measure parts to tight tolerances.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in all inspections.

• Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.
  • Strong understanding of shop mathematics (including trigonometry).
  • Solid experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally ISO9001 certified.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
