We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage the handling, inventory, and shipment of solar panels and related materials. This role focuses on ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload solar panels using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Inspect shipments for damage and ensure product quality.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Forklift/pallet jack operation (certification is a plus).
• Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
