Receptionist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a working knowledge of warehouse operations, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. This role involves data entry, phone and email communication, and handling various office tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department

Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries

Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

Process and manage invoices, including filing and scanning documentation

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of office reports using Excel, Word, and PDF

Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents

Assist with basic customer service inquiries related to warehouse operations

Provide support to other departments as needed

Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role preferred

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF management

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
