Office Clerk
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an attention to detail. USDA import experience is a plus, but not required. The Office Clerk will support various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence

Assist in managing and processing USDA import documents (if applicable)

Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized

Maintain office filing system and ensure all documents are up to date

Provide support for various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred

USDA import experience is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
