Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an attention to detail. USDA import experience is a plus, but not required. The Office Clerk will support various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence

  • Assist in managing and processing USDA import documents (if applicable)

  • Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized

  • Maintain office filing system and ensure all documents are up to date

  • Provide support for various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred

  • USDA import experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
