Location: Groveland, FL
Shift: Day shift, 12 hours a day (6 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday)
Pay: Starting at $17 an hour, negotiable based on experience

Job Description:

Join our Groveland, FL team as a Machine Operator! You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by combining raw materials to produce high-quality finished products. This position requires a strong understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control measures.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanically combine raw materials to produce finished products.
• Execute mixing processes for active solution vessels, premixes, and raw material bases.
• Operate computer-controlled production systems to manage various raw material ingredients.
• Resolve daily operational issues with minimal supervision to ensure continuous workflow.
• Complete daily job checklists, equipment checks, and calibrations to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, samples, and equipment operations.
• Utilize a forklift to safely transport materials within the production facility.
• Conduct regular safety audits on equipment to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to set up and operate production machinery efficiently and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues during operation.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
