Quality Control Administrator in the city of Cypress.

The candidate we are looking for will be more on the paperwork side rather than actually testing parts.

General Position Summary:

Perfom/review acceptance test and or qualification test requirements on the products. Responsible for creation and review of end item data packages, first article inspection reports, and generating shipping documentation.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Creating/organizing test data, certificate of conformance, first article inspection reports.
   
2. Coordinate with production, engineering and shipping.
3. Prioritizing and scheduling for inspection and testing.
4. Interacting/scheduling with customer source inspectors.
5. Prioritizing and scheduling for inspection and testing.

Machines, computers, equipment used:

1. Digital volt meter.
2. Megohmmeter.
3. AC/DC Hi-pot tester.
4. Digital caliper.
5. AC/DC power supply.
6. Microscope.

Knowledge of software:

1. Microsoft Access, Word, Excel.
