Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Packing and Palletizing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packing of products and preparing them for shipment by palletizing according to company and client standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing:
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Safely and securely pack items in boxes or containers to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Label packages with proper shipping information and ensure accuracy of labeling.
• Palletizing:
  • Organize packed boxes onto pallets according to weight, size, and shipping requirements.
  • Wrap and secure pallets to ensure stability during transport.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as required.
• Inventory and Reporting:
  • Track and report any damaged or missing items.
  • Maintain records of packed and palletized goods.
• Safety and Organization:
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Inspect equipment regularly and report any maintenance needs.
