Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Bilingual)
Location: Long Beach, CA
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software. In this role, you will assist with billing, order processing, carrier pickups, and updating both internal and customer-facing systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Process billing and ensure accurate invoicing

Print and manage orders efficiently

Schedule carrier pickups and manage logistics

Update customer information in the web portal

Update internal HT computer system with relevant data and information

Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

Previous administrative experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Hours:
-
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (off every other Friday)
