Shift Hours: 8AM - 5:30PM with flexibility to work at 6AM when needed

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Line Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient flow of work on the warehouse floor. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team, managing workflow, and ensuring safety and productivity standards are met. This is a temp-to-hire position offering growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Lead and oversee a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Workflow Management: Monitor and manage daily tasks, ensuring work is evenly distributed among team members and that deadlines are met.
• Quality Control: Inspect work areas and materials to ensure compliance with company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to new and existing staff to improve productivity, safety, and accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any operational or personnel issues that may impact the efficiency or safety of the team.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with the management of inventory, including receiving, organizing, and stocking materials as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed, and that the work area is clean and safe for all team members.
• Reporting: Track team performance, including attendance, production output, and quality metrics, and report to warehouse management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with a proven track record of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, train, and direct a team while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment for extended periods.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to keep operations running smoothly.
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use warehouse management systems or other basic software for tracking and reporting.
