A local Vacaville warehouse is seeking to add to their HR team! 

Job Title: Human Resource Generalist 

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-430pm 

Pay: $27-$30/hr DOE 

Job Responsibilities: 

- Recruiting/Staffing/Onboarding, including all things related to temp workers. 

 - Responsible for being the first point of contact for all employees and temp needs.

 - Administers various human resource procedures for all company personnel 

- Onboarding – ensure all documentation is completed for new hires along with benefit selections. 

- Responsible for I-9 compliance 

- Administration of Learning and Development System and ETP Training Rosters.

 - Ensures job descriptions are current. - Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.

 - Maintains org charts. - Responsibility for E-time timekeeping system and Bistar. Utilizes E-time system for reports. 

Job Requirements: 

- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role 

· HR Certification preferred (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) 

· Must be bilingual (Spanish) and able to translate verbally and in writing 

· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills 

· Expertise in ADP Workforce Now HR and Payroll system 

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Concur and general PC knowledge
