Job Description:

 looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, inventory management, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Stack and store products in designated areas, following safety guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
• Perform order picking and packing for outgoing shipments.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist in receiving and checking incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Support warehouse supervisor with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification (required by OSHA standards).
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and best practices.
• Ability to operate additional warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
