We are seeking a skilled and reliable Food Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate, monitor, and maintain food production machinery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food production equipment to ensure consistent output.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Inspect products for quality standards, ensuring they meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machinery and work areas following food safety guidelines.
• Log production data, including equipment performance and output, into designated systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address technical issues or preventative maintenance needs.
• Follow health, safety, and food manufacturing protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in the food industry, is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and GMPs (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if required.
