HR Admin
HR/Admin Assistants.
Pay Rate - $17/hour
Expected Joining- As soon as possible.
Work schedule will be as below or until work done:
(1) First shift
Monday to Friday | 5:00am - 12:00pm |
Saturday | 8:00am - 12:00pm |
(2) Second shift
Monday to Friday | 2:00pm-10:00pm |
Sunday | 8:00-12:00pm |

We need someone who has experience working in Warehouse Industry as Admin before.
Responsibilities:
Reception:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Warehouse Support (Preferred):
Assist with receiving, packing, and shipping of products.
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Bilingual -English / Spanish Skills: (PREFER)
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Administrative Experience:
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Warehouse Experience :(PREFER)
Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
