Job Responsibilities:

• The Quality Control/Assurance Clerk develops and coordinates special activities and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards and reliability of the products. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

• Inspects all production arrival for quality/physical count and size
• Quality control; Assists that the stock is properly rotated on FIFO (first-in-first-out) method basis
• Assists that all product is properly stored in refrigerated areas and iced prior to the end of the work shift.
• That all receiving is in accordance with physical counts on bill of lading and packing slip to assure accuracy on purchase order.
• Helps with re-inspects all return product from drivers and reports any disposition and inventory adjustments.
• Assists with daily production schedule with Distribution Coordinator at the start of the work day and discusses shortages and discrepancies regarding orders.
• Helps the Quality Control Supervisor and Operations Manager with proper HACCP procedures are followed as per company plan.

• Be able to work in cold environment and fish environment
