Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall sanitation of our facility. Your efforts will directly contribute to a healthy and safe environment for our employees, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment, tools, and facility areas according to established standards and schedules.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including OSHA and [relevant regulatory bodies, e.g., FDA, USDA].

• Properly handle and dispose of waste materials, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and completed tasks.

• Assist in inspections and audits related to sanitation and report any issues or concerns to management.

• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.

• Support other departments as needed to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in sanitation, custodial work, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in environments with exposure to cleaning chemicals, varying temperatures, and noise levels.

• Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting up to [50lbs], and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
