Partners Personnel is seeking Packers and Printers in Largo, FL.

The Packer and Printer is responsible for efficiently and accurately packing promotional products and operating printing equipment to ensure that all orders meet our quality standards. This role involves attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. 

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Overtime starting at 5:00AM)

Pay: $13-$14/hr

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30PM - 12:00AM (Overtime until 2:00AM)

Pay: $14-$15/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Printing:

  • Set up and operate printing equipment (e.g., screen printers, digital printers, heat presses) according to job specifications.

  • Ensure accurate color matching and alignment for each print job.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment.

  • Inspect printed items for quality and consistency.

• Packing:

  • Accurately pack promotional products according to order specifications and packaging guidelines.

  • Verify product quantities and quality before packing.

  • Label and document packed orders for shipping and inventory purposes.

  • Handle and organize products carefully to prevent damage during packing and shipping.

• Quality Control:

  • Conduct quality checks on both printed and packed products to ensure they meet company standards.

  • Report any defects or issues to the supervisor and assist in implementing corrective actions.

• Safety and Cleanliness:

  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Adhere to company policies regarding the handling and disposal of materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a packing or printing role preferred but not required.

• Basic knowledge of printing equipment and techniques is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive tasks.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
