Project Manager
We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager skilled in woodworking, custom millwork, construction, and architectural drafting. The Project Manager will lead custom projects from start to finish, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, and client deliverables while coordinating closely with teams in Production, Engineering, Architectural Drafting, Installing, Purchasing, and General Contractors. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and strategic planning to ensure timely, quality-driven project delivery.
Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday to Friday
Pay: $24 Direct Hire with company!
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Take full ownership of projects, from planning and kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with client needs and timelines.
- Process Coordination: Manage documentation, including scope of work, contracts, and drawings, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Lead project meetings, set clear objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and support timely delivery.
- Scheduling & Resource Management: Develop and monitor schedules, adjusting for lead times, production phases, and installation to maintain project health.
- Quality & Risk Management: Uphold company standards by proactively identifying risks, implementing solutions, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in project management within woodworking, millwork, or related industries, or 5+ years in leadership position in woodworking, custom millwork, construction, or architectural drafting is essential.
- Proven experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Procore, Bluebeam) is preferred.
- Strong project coordination skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Capacity to handle pressure.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
