The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) processes orders, changes orders appropriately and escalates concerns as needed • This position provides product and service information and resolves queries • The CSS will ensure data entry accuracy and that all orders are shipped to meet customer requirements • Field customer inquiries • Track and trace shipment statuses, communicating with the customer through both written and verbal communication • Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities • Answer phone calls and respond to the shipping office window • Create shipment orders and performs other data entry utilizing our Transportation Management Software • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and work rules #PoolerBranchCA
