Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Packager will be responsible for packaging finished products in accordance with company standards and customer specifications. This role plays a key part in our production process by ensuring that items are properly labeled, sealed, and stored for shipping or distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment to pack products safely and efficiently
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
• Assemble, label, and secure packages according to company procedures
• Prepare products for shipment by palletizing and storing them in designated areas
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and quality standards
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and timelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry items up to [weight limit] for extended periods
