Accounts Payable
Responsibilities for Accounts Payable:
•Review all data for errors and report any unusual findings to management
•Collect and determine complete information before entering data into software programs
•Scan, print, and file required documents needed to collect information for data entry
•File and organize paperwork used to keep a record of original documents
•Maintain and order office and supplies as requested by management and staff
•Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors.
