Local food processing plant in Fresno, CA is now hiring a Quality Technician. Temp-to-hire opportunity! Pay: $16.50 or more depending on experience Schedule: Varies and days off may be during week days. Over time may be required. Job Duties may include but not limited to the following: Assists the company’s operation on a technical level to assure the safety and quality of all finished products Conducts and records Pre-Op and Post-Op inspections of equipment and facility Conducts Brix & pH tests on products and records results Informs supervisor when product is out of specifications Visually inspects finished products Identifies and stores product retains for products made during shift Verifies traceability information regarding lot & batch codes on packaging Requirements: Able to operate laboratory equipment and accurately record scientific data Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position Able to lift and move 30 lb. repetitively throughout the entire shift Call or visit us for more information: 7025 N Maple Ave #120, Fresno, CA 559-514-6980
