Job Description:

We are a growing cosmetics packaging company based in Riverside, CA, seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cosmetics Packaging Associates to join our team. This is a full-time position with a 4/10 work schedule, where you will work 4 days a week for 10 hours per day. As a Cosmetics Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that cosmetic products are accurately packaged, labeled, and prepared for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and label cosmetics products according to company standards and specifications.
• Ensure products are properly sealed, labeled, and ready for shipment to customers.
• Inspect products for quality and defects before packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as palletizing or organizing finished products.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals without compromising quality.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling, packaging, and quality control.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Comfortable with operating machinery and following safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical to maintaining production schedules.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
