Job Description:

Harbor Freight Tools, a leading retailer of quality tools and equipment, is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Moreno Valley, CA. This role involves heavy loading and unloading of products, and candidates will play a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of merchandise in the warehouse. This is a temporary-to-hire position, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on safety, attendance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring safe handling and proper storage.
• Move heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) in and out of trucks, pallets, and shelves.
• Organize inventory within the warehouse, ensuring products are correctly stored and easily accessible.
• Inspect merchandise for damage during loading/unloading and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet productivity goals while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed, including sorting, packaging, and restocking items.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or loading/unloading experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs or more) regularly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential—consistent punctuality is a must.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on shift assignments.
• Forklift experience is a plus, though training may be provided for qualified candidates.
