1st Shift Customer Service Rep Needed in Stockton
Local Stockton Warehouse is looking for a Customer Service Representative
Temp-to-Hire Opportunities!
Job Duties:
Process and input customer orders, ensuring accuracy.
Run inventory reports to check product availability.
Trace orders and update customers on status.
Ensure proper invoicing and maintain damage/backorder records.
Handle returned merchandise and issue customer credits.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders, invoices, and shipments.
Maintain order paperwork and accurate procedure manuals.
Job Requirements:
High school or equivalent
6 months customer service experience; preferred in logistics
General office knowledge, including telephone techniques and computer skills
Schedule: 1st Shift; 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
