Local company hiring General Laborers!

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 

Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, moving, and stacking materials or products in the warehouse or on a job site. Use hand tools and equipment to complete tasks, ensuring safety and proper usage at all times. Help load and unload goods and materials from trucks, storage containers, and pallets, ensuring proper handling and organization. Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized by disposing of waste, cleaning equipment, and removing any debris that may create hazards. Assist other workers with the assembly or installation of materials, equipment, or products, following instructions or supervisor guidance. Provide general support to skilled workers as needed, helping with setup, cleanup, or transportation of materials. Adhere to all company safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your teammates. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors or project managers. 

Job Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks, such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Familiarity with common hand tools and basic equipment, or the ability to quickly learn how to use them safely. Ability to follow instructions accurately, pay attention to safety guidelines, and complete tasks with precision. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure clear understanding of tasks and expectations.
