Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and bilingual Partnership Specialist to join our team in North Las Vegas. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for building and maintaining strategic partnerships. As a Partnership Specialist, you will work in-office and be responsible for managing various reports, tracking partnership activities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with clients and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of partnership agreements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Track key performance metrics and report on partnership progress regularly.
- Address inquiries from partners and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding the status of partnerships and opportunities for growth.
- Manage partnership-related documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Ensure clear communication between internal departments and external partners.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and tracking metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a flexible work schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in partnership management or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
