Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Shift can change 

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Henderson, NV. In this role, you will assist in the efficient movement and handling of products, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and adherence to safety guidelines. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Utilize manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers with loading and unloading trucks.
• Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, scan, and prepare items for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Count, verify, and manage product inventories to ensure accuracy. Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Warehouse Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA and TSA guidelines, to ensure a secure and safe work environment.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to meet daily production goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors, such as assisting with stocking, organization, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience using RF scanners and other warehouse technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy.
• Basic MS Office and data entry skills are preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.
