•  Pay Rate: $20/hr Schedule (Days and Time): Mon–Fri (7:00am – 3:30pm)

• Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
• • Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• • Manage shipping and receiving schedules, ensuring products are packed and shipped per customer requirements.
• • Address customer complaints and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or product discrepancies.
• • Maintain records of customer interactions, order updates, and transaction details in the warehouse management system.
• • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure inventory levels meet customer demands.
• • Generate and distribute reports for order tracking, shipping, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• • Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance, and operational policies within the warehouse environment.

Job Requirements

• • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, Sims, Fieldglass).
• • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• • Problem-solving skills to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• • Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes, including handling and storage requirements.
