Customer Service
Our Napa Distribution Center seeks a Customer Service Associate dedicated to providing excellent support to our customers. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others.
JOB TITLE: Customer Service
SCHEDULE - 6:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., OT may be required, Schedule is subject to change per client request
PAY RATE - $17.50 per hour
JOB DUTIES:
-Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
-Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment.
-Address any customer issues or complaints, working to resolve them quickly and effectively.
-Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Support the team with administrative tasks and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
-Basic computer skills and proficiency in handling phone and email correspondence.
-Prior experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
