Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Loader and Offloader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload goods and materials from trucks, containers, or pallets.
• Organize and arrange products for efficient storage or transportation.
• Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
• Ensure all items are securely loaded to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading/unloading area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (if certified).
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in loading/unloading or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
