Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Material Handler to assist in the preparation of our facilities for move-in and to contribute to the overall organization and efficiency of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Cleaning for Move-In:

   • Perform cleaning tasks to ensure the facility is in optimal condition for move-in.
   • Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to floors, surfaces, and common spaces.

2. Moving Materials:

   • Safely move materials and equipment to their designated areas within the facility.
   • Follow established procedures for handling and transporting materials.
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and organized material placement.

3. Affixing Tape to Warehouse Floor:

   • Apply tape to the warehouse floor according to predetermined guidelines.
   • Ensure proper placement and alignment of tape to designate specific areas within the warehouse.
   • Maintain a neat and organized workspace while performing tape-affixing tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in facilities support or related roles preferred.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy objects as required.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
• Punctuality and reliability.
