Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Myerstown, PA

Pay Rate: $16.75

Shift: 6:00am-4:30PM Monday-Thursday with OVERTIME

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform various warehouse functions, including order picking, loading trucks, and ensuring compliance with our warehouse management system. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and safe working environment while providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring the right products are selected based on customer requirements.
• Loading Trucks: Load trucks while considering weight, size, and characteristics of products to optimize space and ensure safe transportation.
• Warehouse Management System: Utilize handheld scanners and other equipment to track inventory and maintain compliance with our warehouse management system.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with fellow warehouse associates to achieve team goals and enhance overall productivity.
• Facility Maintenance: Participate in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse environment, following established protocols for cleanliness and organization.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to company and site-specific safety policies and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for yourself and your colleagues.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight]) and stand for extended periods.
