Partners Personnel is hiring a Sanitation Worker for a leading contractor California serving the western united states.

Job Title: Sanitation Worker

Pay Rate Range: 

• $18.00

Work Schedule ( Day-Time): 

• Mon- Friday 7am-3:30pm

Job Requirements:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. 
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. 
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Perform light facility maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, and touch-up painting.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager. 
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and properly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces as required. 
• Respond to emergency cleaning needs in a timely manner

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred. 
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques. 
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements: 

• Frequent standing and walking; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed for tasks.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
