Position: Production Line Lead

Pay: 16.48 - 17.48 per hour, based on shift.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Location: Work in the heart of Santa Ana, CA.

Job Duties

• Oversee the start-up and smooth operation of your assigned production line.
• Ensure daily production runs efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards in all processing and packaging activities.
• Lead and inspire your team to achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage shift changes seamlessly to maintain productivity.

• Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
