Clerical/CSR/Admin
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service through individual commitment and collaboration with coworkers.
- Respond promptly to customer requests, supplying needed documents as requested.
Document Management:
- Accurately record, scan, file, and manage a variety of documents efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Properly label and store files for scanning and both short- and long-term storage.
Office Receptionist Duties:
- Perform basic office receptionist tasks.
- Process and distribute mail.
Data Entry:
- Enter data accurately using a keyboard and 10-key by touch.
Billing and Administrative Tasks:
- Create billing documents, Return Goods Authorizations (RGA), and other necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Administer payments, maintain daily store transaction records, and handle vendor invoices.
Clerical Support:
- Assist coworkers with clerical duties as needed.
- Help with month-end reports when required.
Cross-Training:
- Cross-train as necessary to provide support in other areas of the department.
Errands and Support:
- Perform various errands as needed, including backup support and training for other department members.
- Order office supplies as needed.
Housekeeping and Safety:
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in related work areas.
Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
