Customer Service Representative
(In office 4 days and remote on Saturdays)
Pay: $15/hour
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage email and text message communications via a desktop chat platform. No over the phone or in-person interaction is required. The ideal candidate must excel in written communication and be able to handle fast-paced, efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and text quickly and efficiently.
- Use desktop chat software to manage customer interactions.
- Ensure clear, professional communication in all written responses.
- Work remotely on Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Trustworthy and reliable, as you will be working remotely 1 of the 5 days.
- Availability for full-time training (in-office) for the first 1-2 weeks.
Schedule:
- Training: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- After training:
- Monday – Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday (Remote), 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: OFF
