We are hiring for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Lead for a warehouse in Union City!

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead

Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

- Supervise and assist warehouse associates in order picking, packing, and shipping operations.

- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and productivity.

- Provide guidance and training to new employees on warehouse processes and procedures.

- Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, stock checks, and addressing discrepancies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to inventory, orders, or equipment.

- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and management.

- Monitor the performance of warehouse staff and provide feedback and support as needed.

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Job Requirements:

- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

- Ability to lead a team, motivate others, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control.

- Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and manage a diverse team.
