Seeking a dedicated results driven Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative with experience in electric motors seeking to contribute to a dynamic team. Job Title: Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep  

Salary: $55K

Location:  Peachtree Corners, GA


Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance regarding electric motors and related products.

Prepare and deliver competitive quotes based on customer needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Enter customer orders accurately via phone and email, maintaining detailed records and ensuring timely processing.

Assist customers with technical questions and issues related to electric motors, providing solutions and guidance as needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the regional sales representative, assisting with follow-ups, customer communication, and coordination of sales efforts.

Update and maintain customer information in the database, ensuring all interactions and transactions are documented accurately.

Work closely with other team members to address customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.


Skills/Qualifications Required:

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.

Familiarity with electric motors and related products, enabling effective assistance with technical questions and issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions with customers and team members.

Ability to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively quote products.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order entry, quotes, and customer records.

Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Experience with CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments to achieve common goals.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, products, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
