Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a very detailed competent and organized customer service professional. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is motivated to be a part of a small but growing team that knows customer satisfaction is a key asset to our success and winning! Working well with a team and having great communication skills are important keys to our success and will eventually lead to advancement for the right person.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay rate: $22.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Data entry with a high degree of accuracy…. detailed competency a must, excellent math skills
Maintain customer service inbox and respond quickly to customers via Outlook
Ability to develop relationships with our customer base and support with sales related activities
File all order documents
Interface with outside sales team to ensure customer requirements are followed up appropriately
Maintains a safe and clean work environment
Qualification Requirements:
Previous Order Entry or 'Business to Business’ experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Willing to learn and be flexible to the demands of the day
Ability to think and communicate critically is a key part of this job
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills are important.
Must be a motivated individual who works well independently as well as with the team
Dependable and Reliable
ERP experience a plus
