Job Title: Manufacturing Helper

Location: Hanover, Pennsylvania

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday – Thursday)

Job Description: Partners Personnel is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Helper with exceptional work ethics to join our team for the current 3rd shift opening. The Manufacturing Helper plays a crucial role in assisting the Assistant Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety rules and procedures at all times.

Pack and label products to meet production schedules.

Follow directions from the Assistant Operator once the production schedule is obtained.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Prepare workstations for the production process.

Assist in the manufacturing operations to produce quality products.

Help the Assistant Operator complete all required reports.

Comply with company standards regarding housekeeping and 6S practices around machines and work areas.

Assist in troubleshooting when issues arise during production.

Perform the duties of other team members as needed during breaks and absences.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
